Role Summary

As the first point of contact for our office, you are the key to effective communication across our entire organization. This role supports business operations through diverse administrative tasks and provides professional interaction with prospective and current tenants. We are looking for a highly organized professional with a sense of urgency and a natural drive for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Coordination: Greet visitors and manage phone calls with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Administrative Support: Execute day-to-day clerical tasks, including managing referrals across various departments.
  • Communication: Interface with every unit of the business to ensure seamless operations and information flow.
  • Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support.
  • Language:
    Spanish fluency is required.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Internet research and email management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to instill trust in customers.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour (DOE).
  • Job Type: Full-time (following completion of training).
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift | Monday to Friday.
