The Administrator role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the day-to-day office environment. This role focuses on a wide range of administrative office duties including office organization, communication with clients (calls, emails, walk-ins), employee support (travel, expense, paperwork), document management, and managing supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service to enhance their experience. Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring all information is properly documented and compliant with internal processes and industry regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation for internal processes including processing emails, downloading documents, managing expiration notices, and ensuring timely updates to client accounts.
- Effectively manage incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries. Ensure seamless internal communication for smooth handoffs to appropriate team members.
- Track service tasks, such as claims processing, policy updates, and renewals, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards are maintained.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements that drive operational efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and support business growth.
- Assist in customer retention efforts by tracking follow-ups, assisting with risk management recommendations, and supporting teams in delivering exceptional customer care.
Skills & Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail
