Office Service Coordinator |
Washington, DC | On-Site, 5 Days per Week

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Office Services Coordinator to help keep our Washington, DC office running smoothly and create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and partners.

This is a highly varied role. One day you may be coordinating a team gathering or preparing for an office event; the next, you may be troubleshooting a meeting room issue, coordinating a shipment, working with building management, supporting a new employee’s first day, or helping a team member navigate a corporate-services request.

You’ll be a central resource for the office,. This opportunity could be a great fit for an early-career professional who wants to learn by doing, enjoys variety, and hasn’t decided on a single career path yet. We’re looking for someone who is curious about how things work, takes initiative, and is excited to become the person others can count on to keep things moving.

This role is ideal for someone who likes variety, takes initiative, and doesn’t need to be told exactly what to do at every step. You’ll have a broad scope of responsibility and plenty of opportunities to learn the business, build relationships, and take ownership of how the office operates.

Your Day-to-Day
Office Operations & Workplace Experience

Help create an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment by:

Serving as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications.

Managing mail, packages, shipments, office supplies, kitchen supplies, and vendor relationships.

Monitoring invoices and office-related expenditures for accuracy.

Keeping office documents, records, and shared resources organized and up to date.

Coordinating with property management, building engineers, and vendors to address maintenance, access, housekeeping, and other facility needs.

Monitoring the office environment and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Supporting initiatives designed to increase employee engagement and connection within the physical office.

Meetings, Events & Employee Experience

Help bring meetings and gatherings to life by coordinating:

Team meetings, workshops, lunches, happy hours, and other employee gatherings.
