All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise. Plan and execute fire restoration and water mitigation projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Base + Commission:
This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package.

Educate customers on process

Identify and document project scope of work

Maintain customer and client communications

Review estimates

Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate

Create project schedule

Superb customer service track record

Effective written and oral communication

Experience in mitigation/restoration required

Xactimate knowledge

High school diploma/GED

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
