Seeking Part-Time employee to work at Kennewick Gold's Gym Kid's Club in mornings/ evenings and some Saturdays.
OverviewScope:
The Kid's Club Associate is responsible for caring for the gym members' children while in the Kid's Club area. This includes basic cleaning, supervising, games, snacks, crafts, and small-child activities. They must check-in children and assist with parent concerns.
- Care for gym members' children in the Kid's Club area
- Provide basic cleaning, supervision, and organize activities such as games, snacks, crafts, and other small-child activities
- Check-in children and assist with parent concerns
- Experience working in a childcare environment
- Pass a background check
- Must be 18+ years or older
- Must be Basic CPR certified
- Excellent communication with children
- Excellent communication with parents/adults
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge or ability to learn computer based programs and applications
- A love for children should be evident
