The Construction Project Coordinator is critical to delivering on that promise.

• Capture scope and sell projects by clearly defining work, setting expectations, and earning customer trust.
• Negotiate approvals with insurance adjusters and stakeholders, protecting scope, pricing, and project integrity.
• Guide customers through the construction process with urgency, care, and clear communication.
• Manage project cash flow by securing deposits, processing change orders, and keeping documentation accurate and timely.
• Partner with the Construction Superintendent to ensure a smooth handoff from approval to production.
• Protect the SERVPRO brand by upholding safety, quality, and risk management standards on every project.

Customers feel supported, informed, and confident from start to finish. Projects are clearly scoped, approved efficiently, and executed without surprises. Projects are organized, accurate, and cash‑flow positive. Field teams receive clear scope and documentation to execute with excellence.

Experience in construction coordination, project management, or restoration services. Confidence communicating with customers, adjusters, and subcontractors. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active projects. A mindset of ownership, accountability, and service.
