The Construction Project Coordinator is critical to delivering on that promise.
This role owns the front end of construction projects — capturing scope, selling the job, securing approvals, and managing project cash flow — so customers feel confident, projects stay organized, and outcomes are delivered the right way.
What You’ll Own
· Capture scope and sell projects by clearly defining work, setting expectations, and earning customer trust.
· Negotiate approvals with insurance adjusters and stakeholders, protecting scope, pricing, and project integrity.
· Guide customers through the construction process with urgency, care, and clear communication.
· Manage project cash flow by securing deposits, processing change orders, and keeping documentation accurate and timely.
· Partner with the Construction Superintendent to ensure a smooth handoff from approval to production.
· Protect the SERVPRO brand by upholding safety, quality, and risk management standards on every project.

- Field teams receive clear scope and documentation to execute with excellence.
· Experience in construction coordination, project management, or restoration services.
- Confidence communicating with customers, adjusters, and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active projects.
- A mindset of ownership, accountability, and service.
