Write & Run Construction Project Manager

As a Write & Run Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, estimating, selling, and managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial opportunity through final completion and collection. This role is accountable for generating profitable revenue by identifying reconstruction opportunities, preparing accurate estimates, securing customer commitments, managing project execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Success in this position is measured by revenue growth, gross profit performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient project management.

This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure of 1-4% on gross revenue collected from generated direct referrals.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success; ensuring that all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements; maintaining proper documentation for each project, including photos, contracts, change orders, and more; collaborating with superintendents to conduct end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs, ensuring effective project management; leading by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency within the construction team;

and fostering strong client relationships and upholding client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications include Xactimate™ estimating software experience, proven experience in construction management, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills; ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions and projects simultaneously; strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective team collaboration; familiarity with construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices; strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; familiarity with the restoration and construction industry is a plus;

and ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
