As a Write & Run Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, estimating, selling, and managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial opportunity through final completion and collection. This role is accountable for generating profitable revenue by identifying reconstruction opportunities, preparing accurate estimates, securing customer commitments, managing project execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Success in this position is measured by revenue growth, gross profit performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient project management.
Base+ Commission
This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure of 1-4% on gross revenue collected from generated direct referrals. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of all construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Ensure that all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for each project, including photos, contracts, change orders, and more.
- Collaborate with superintendents to conduct end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs, ensuring effective project management.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency within the construction team.
- Foster strong client relationships and uphold client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience with Xactimate estimating software (trademark removed).
- Proven experience in construction management, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the restoration and construction industry is a plus.
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
