Skyward Construction LLC in Ridgefield, WA is seeking an Estimator (Commercial GC) to join our growth-focused team. You will own bids from $500K to $15M end to end, develop takeoffs, narratives, and pricing assumptions, and lead subcontractor bid management for select projects.
You’ll help build in-house estimating systems and templates, travel for bid walks and site visits, and collaborate with Preconstruction to create repeatable processes that scale with our growth.
