Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

A growing company within the structural steel industry is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its continued expansion.

This role will oversee projects from award through completion, coordinating customers, suppliers, detailing, schedules and material deliveries to ensure projects remain on track.

• Manage multiple projects, schedules and material deliveries.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, detailing teams and logistics partners.
• Prepare and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and address potential issues or delays.
• Coordinate shop drawings and required project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and customer communication.
• Work closely with internal teams throughout project execution.

• 2–5 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joists or decking highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant degree preferred but not essential.
