Provide administrative and client support to financial advisors while delivering exceptional service, maintaining account operations and fostering strong client relationships.

Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client services requests and inquiries
- Process account paperwork, including new account openings, transfers, distributions and account maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is completed in compliance with firm and regulatory requirements
- Proactively communicate updates or outstanding items to clients and advisors
- Assist clients with online account access, statements and general account questions
- Work closely with custodians and internal departments to resolve service issues in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Stay current on firm policies, procedures and industry regulations
- Operate independently with limited oversight, utilizing initiative and professional judgement to carry out responsibilities effectively
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of financial industry practices, investment accounts or custodial platforms preferred
- Ability to learn firm systems, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive client experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions and address issues involving multiple variables
Required
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of demonstrated client care experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products.
- Work requires regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed‑upon schedule(s) with willingness to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, and/or extended hours, as needed.
- Climate controlled office environment.
- Work involves being able to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions and frequent employee and customer contacts and interruptions during the day.
