The City of Kennewick is hiring a Program Specialist III to manage facility operations during recreational events. Responsibilities include securing venues, assisting with events, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, has customer service experience, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are necessary.

This position offers sick leave but no health or retirement benefits.
