As an Events and Retail Marketer
, you are the public face of our company and the first touchpoint for potential customers. You won’t just stand behind a table; you will actively work at events and retail locations in the Tri-Cities area, including home shows, retail locations (Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.), and community events.
- Engage the public: start real, genuine conversations with homeowners to build rapport rather than just read a script.
- Qualify leads: ask the right questions to qualify interest and identify homeowners who need our services.
- Set the stage: schedule solid appointments for our Design Consultants to close the deal.
- Represent the brand: act as a professional ambassador for a premium national brand.
- Manage your space: handle the logistics of setting up and breaking down event displays, including tables, signs, and tents.
- Great pay: start at $21/hr ($22/hr if you are bilingual) with a bonus structure up to $35/hr.
- Bilingual advantage: use your language skills to reach more customers and maximize your bonus potential.
