Assistant Property Manager

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
Location: On the Boulevard Apartments

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential apartment community. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily apartment community operations
• Provide professional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• Support leasing activities including applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Manage resident communications by phone, email, in-person, and social media platforms
• Create and post community content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist with rent collection, notices, and administrative reporting
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on work orders and resident follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing laws

Qualifications

• Property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using social media for business communication and marketing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• App Folio experience a plus (training available)
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Salary/Compensation: $3,220 - $3,500 per month
