Dental Assistant

Join our team as a Dental Assistant to support dental providers and ensure patient comfort and safety.

• Maintaining and updating patient medical records and vital signs.
• Performing X-ray procedures, developing images, and managing intraoral photographs.
• Assisting with periodontal charting, preparing instruments, and setting up for exams.
• Applying preventative care such as polish, fluoride, and sealants.
• Monitoring nitrous oxide analgesia under supervision.
• Providing oral hygiene education and supporting infection control protocols.
• Assisting with orthodontic procedures, including records and retainer fabrication.
• Performing clinical duties aligned with regulatory standards and working with blood when necessary.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification within 90 days, and Dental Assistant or EFDA registration.
• Preferred bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) with ALTA score of 10.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, materials, infection control, and oral health instruction.
• Strong manual dexterity, communication skills, and proficiency with dental and office computer systems.
