We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) professionals to join our esteemed clinic team starting February 2, 2026. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic environment focused on providing high-quality care in both outpatient and hospital settings. Key Responsibilities:

Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a busy outpatient clinic operating Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Participate in hospital call coverage from 7:00 am to 7:00 am, with a 1:3 call ratio.

Conduct rounding for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily on patients in labor, delivery, or postpartum.

Document patient contact hours accurately, including callback hours, with supporting notes for audit purposes.

Support the hospital team by providing timely and thorough patient communication via phone calls and medical record reviews (not on-site calls).

Ensure compliance with all documentation standards and maintain a clean malpractice and credential history.

Required Skills:

Valid and active Washington State medical license or IMLC licensure.

Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with strong clinical decision-making skills.

Ability to document clinical activities precisely and in accordance with regulations.

Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.

Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding practices.

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in hospital-based obstetric care.

Familiarity with telehealth consultations and remote patient management.

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.

Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or advanced obstetric techniques.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited OB-GYN residency program.

At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology.

Prior outpatient and hospital-based experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to document patient contact hours and callback details thoroughly.

Willingness to participate in ongoing clinical training and quality improvement initiatives.

No on-site callback required; physicians may perform callback duties remotely, ensuring flexibility and adherence to protocol.
