About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership as they manage multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. Through your support of an Area Manager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability of that leader's programs.

This role supports the Kennewick area primarily with some travel required to Ellensburg, Naches, Yakima, and East Valley - Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to Right At School program team members.
  • Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations.
  • Support the Area Manager's established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all newly hired team members.
  • When applicable, develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure the successful delivery of all Right At School programs and ensure customer satisfaction with the program.
  • Maintain team schedule and communicate changes with all relevant parties.
  • Coordinate & execute educational marketing and district events for assigned areas as applicable.
  • Review and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeeping records, and file maintenance; take prescribed actions based on the data found.
  • Meet and report regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Administer light first aid when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting.
  • Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
Additional Duties and Physical/Travel Requirements
  • Make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight.
  • Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues.
  • Multitask and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules.
  • Travel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday.
  • Stand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of the workday.
  • Minimum of 12 college credits required;
    Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
  • Must meet state‑specific guidelines for the role.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
