** 2026–2027### ### Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Provide developmentally appropriate instruction that supports early learning, communication, social-emotional growth, and school readiness
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary team members
* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
* Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and appropriate assistive technology when needed
* Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and family conferences### ###

Qualifications:

* Valid
** Washington State teaching certificate**
* ** Special Education endorsement
** required* Experience working with preschool-aged children or early childhood special education preferred
