- Evaluate and design power systems at power-generating facilities.
- Coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines.
- Manage budget, scope, schedule, and quality for assignments with minimal guidance.
- Prepare error-free engineering documents (drawings, sketches, instructions, calculations, analyses, evaluations) based on industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes and safety culture for the nuclear industry.
- Produce high-quality engineering deliverables consistent with client and ENERCON QA programs.
- Build strong client relationships through professional interactions and communication.
- Travel to client site to perform walk-downs of plant structures, systems, and components.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
- Availability to start within 1-3 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards; willingness to prototype and test; ability to create comprehensive design documentation.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in teams.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, work outdoors, and travel for client and company projects.
- For some positions, U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual motor vehicle record checks.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or approved dual citizen.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
The salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00-$99,600.00. Salaries are determined by role, level, experience, location, and additional factors.
