We are seeking a collaborative, solutions‑oriented Water/Wastewater Design Engineer (EIT or PE) with 3–6 years of experience to join our thriving Kennewick office. - Design, plan, and support water distribution, treatment, and wastewater collection systems through concept to construction.
- Analyze engineering data, interpret plans, and make sound decisions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and other discipline engineers (structural, electrical, survey).
- Lead meetings with consulting partners, contractors, clients, and agencies.
- Use modern design tools such as AutoCAD Civil3D, WaterCAD, Aquatwin Sewer, and MS Office.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification.

- Experience in planning, design, and construction support for utility projects.
- Competitive salary: $72,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
