Job DescriptionIn this role you will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities- Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world‑class service.
- Use exemplary customer service, analytics, and problem‑solving skills.
- Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
- Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Basic math calculation skills.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Local travel only, less than 10% of total travel time.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific duties.

- Compensation Range $20.00 – $40.00 per hour.
- Variable compensation may be offered.
