Accelerated Path to Management Fast Track Program

What we’re looking for: We’re seeking motivated individuals who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses. Candidates should answer yes to at least one of the following:
- Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry?
- Have you previously run your own business?
- Do you have an MBA or an equivalent degree?
In this program, you’ll start as a financial professional, learning to sell products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll undergo a six-month intensive training to prepare you for success as a manager, including recruiting and coaching others.
What we offer:
- First Year: Complete training and gain experience as a financial professional, using digital tools and a comprehensive product suite.
- Training and Resources: Access top-notch training, digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools, along with expert support.
- Product Solutions: Learn about our range of insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, and investment products. Licensing and FINRA registration are required to offer investment products.
- Transition to Field Manager: After 12 months, enter a six-month Associate Partner training program to lead and build your team. Opportunities for growth and promotion are available throughout your career.
Compensation: Starting as a financial professional, compensation is commission-based. Upon becoming an Associate Partner, you will receive a salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000, plus additional earnings from recruiting and developing agents. Benefits include health coverage, a pension plan, a 401(k), and other perks. Our field managers’ average income in 2021 was approximately $270,890.

- Determine financial solutions for clients using relevant products and services.
- Develop personalized, long-term financial strategies.

Qualifications:
- Sales experience necessary.
- Knowledge of insurance or financial services preferred.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or others) are a plus.
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated individuals seeking a rewarding career.
Compensation: $100,000 annually at plan.
