Relationship Banker , II, Senior Relationship Banker

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual engagement
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
• Obtain and process customer and account information
• Demonstrate and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services
• Recommend solutions based on customers’ goals and needs
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients
• Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital services
• Greet clients and process basic transactions
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners
• Open new consumer and business accounts
• Complete service requests and submit credit applications
• Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services
• Leverage resources and technologies to optimize client experience and operational accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relationship Banker I:
  Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Relationship Banker II:
  Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Senior Relationship Banker:
  Typically has five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Knowledge of retail products and services
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
• Ability to identify customers’ needs and make appropriate recommendations
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Required NMLS registration process includes a criminal background and credit check
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies

Proficient in utilizing digital products and self-service technologies to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
