Position Overview
Inabia is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its Rehab Therapy team. This role focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitative services to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
This opportunity is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates
.
Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, daily treatments, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility policies, productivity standards, and professional regulations
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts
Active Washington Physical Therapist license or Compact eligibility (required)
BLS certification (required)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
