Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced  Physical Therapist (PT)  to join our team for a  13-14-week contract  assignment located in  Kennewick, WA . This position offers a great opportunity for a compassionate and motivated PT who is passionate about helping aging adults regain mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with the plan of care

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, PTAs, and nursing staff

Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely manner

Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and post-discharge care

Maintain compliance with facility policies, federal and state regulations, and professional standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active and valid  Washington Physical Therapist (PT) license

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with electronic documentation systems (EMR)
