At WINNfusion, we are committed to delivering exceptional client care and support services in collaboration with our valued pharmacy partners. Our goal is to provide high‑quality, personalized service to clients in a timely and efficient manner. Primarily servicing clients in the Autoimmune and Enzyme Replacement space with a nursing team spread throughout Washington State as well as parts of Oregon and Idaho.

Position

Summary

I am seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Referral Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as a key liaison between WINNfusion and our pharmacy partners, managing all incoming client referrals and ensuring proper coordination of care from intake through initial service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review all incoming referrals from pharmacy partners for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assess referral details and determine staff availability to accept or decline services.
  • Communicate acceptance decisions to pharmacy partners promptly and professionally.
  • Secure appropriate staffing for each accepted referral, coordinating closely with internal scheduling and operations team.
  • Create and maintain both electronic and physical client files in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
  • Conduct initial intake calls with clients to gather required information and confirm service arrangements.
  • Follow up after the initial visit to ensure client satisfaction and identify any additional needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continuity of care.
  • Track and report referral metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate in healthcare administration or related field a bonus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare coordination, intake, or scheduling role strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare documentation standards.

This position is anticipated to work 20-30 hours a week at our office in Kennewick.
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
