Rounding: providers round for approximately 30 minutes to one hour a day for patient in labor & delivery or post-partum.

Current dates needed for September-December 2026 are below. There may be dates ongoing into 2027 as well.

Note:

orientation date should be factored in for the day before any of the below dates that a new provider would start.

September 4-7 (morning of the 8th)
October 23-25 (morning of the 26th)
October 30-November 1 (morning of the 2nd)
November 25-29 (morning of the 30th)
December 21-January 3 (morning of the 4th)

Likely ongoing into 2027.

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding.
• Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing
• Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.

Documentation of Patient Contact Hours (included call back hours included in the rate and charged call back hours)

Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) mentioned above. and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above.

Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report
was generated in an electronic health record.

Clean History and Malpractice required

Active Washington State license or IMLC required

Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back

Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support (this means Market should not be charged for call back hours if a physician decides they want to stay in the hospital, but there is not the need for him/her to be there based on the criteria contained herein).
