Physical Therapy Assistant In Home Health
Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Home Health, where you'll provide essential care to patients in their homes.
What You'll Be Doing- Conduct home visits for therapy and rehabilitation
- Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients per day
- Document patient progress and activities
- Participate in periodic office meetings
- Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license
- Current CPR BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent adult home health experience
- Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic
- Experience with HCHB EMR system
