Role Overview:
As a cath lab technologist, you will assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures, operating advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.
Responsibilities:Support the care team by performing diagnostic tests, managing medical equipment, and ensuring accurate imaging and data collection to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications:ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist with at least 2 years of hospital cath lab experience. Must hold BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) and any required state licensing.
Skills & Attributes:Proficiency in operating advanced medical imaging equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
Key Duties:Assist in diagnostic procedures, operate medical equipment, ensure patient safety, and support physicians in delivering quality cardiovascular care.
