Provide patient care at home following the care plan directed by the supervising PT. Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends.

• Competitive Pay: $30–$38 per hour during training, then $45–$53 per visit, DOE.

• Licensed PTA in Washington state
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; home health experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Licensed and insured vehicle
