About the Role

Nouveau Day Spa is seeking a skilled and service-minded Massage Therapist to join our team in Kennewick, WA. This role is responsible for providing professional massage therapy services in a safe, relaxing, and client-centered environment. The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, professional, and passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

• Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with state licensing requirements and spa standards.
• Create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming experience for each guest.
• Review guest needs, preferences, contraindications, and treatment goals before beginning services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.
• Follow sanitation, safety, privacy, and documentation expectations.
• Communicate professionally with guests, front desk team members, providers, and practice leadership.
• Support daily spa flow, scheduling readiness, and treatment room turnover.
• Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education as applicable.

• Active Massage Therapist license in Washington.
• Prior massage therapy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body mechanics, safety practices, and client care standards.
• Professional, warm, and service-oriented communication style.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-based spa environment.
• Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and follow spa policies.

• Experience in a spa, wellness, medical spa, hospitality, or aesthetics environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Passion for wellness, client care, and high-quality service.
