Human Resources Director Healthcare

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Must have Hospital experience in HR. This is a strategic role as well as hands on reporting directly to Market CEO.

• In this role, you will partner with the executive and leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing People Service initiatives.
• Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development.
• This is a hands-on role where you oversee a small team and may yourself assist in regularly performing day-to-day human resource and department operational tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare (hospital) Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local registration relating to Human Resources.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
