HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

Tri-Cities Area $25/hr.+ (Depending on Experience)

Monday–Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to support our client. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and managing multiple priorities.

* Key Responsibilities*

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Onboarding & Employee

Experience:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from offer acceptance through orientation.
  • Prepare employment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for new employees during their transition into the organization.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up to support employee engagement and retention.

Human Resources Administration:

  • Maintain employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR programs, compliance initiatives, and employee relations matters.
  • Support various HR projects and operational needs as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • ADP experience is a plus.
