HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist
Tri-Cities Area $25/hr.+ (Depending on Experience)
Monday–Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to support our client. This role is ideal for an HR professional who excels in full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and managing multiple priorities.
* Key Responsibilities*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Onboarding & Employee
Experience:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from offer acceptance through orientation.
- Prepare employment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a trusted resource for new employees during their transition into the organization.
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up to support employee engagement and retention.
Human Resources Administration:
- Maintain employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR programs, compliance initiatives, and employee relations matters.
- Support various HR projects and operational needs as required.
- Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- ADP experience is a plus.
