Tier 2 Support Desk & Professional Services Project Specialist

Kennewick, WA (Office-based with some client site visits)

This hybrid position blends Tier 2 technical support (20%) with client-facing project work (80%).

• Resolve Tier 2 escalated issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute assigned project tasks and milestones.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with security standards.

• 3+ years IT support or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in professional services or project execution.
• Preferred:
  Network+, Azure Fundamentals, MCSA, PMP.

• Familiarity with PSA tools such as Autotask PSA
• Experience with RMM platforms such as Datto RMM
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions like Datto BCDR
• Understanding of Agile service delivery workflows
• Prior work in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
