IT Support, Systems Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Syte Line System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Infor Syte Line (CSI) ERP system. This role is responsible for ensuring system performance, supporting users, implementing enhancements, and maintaining data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and maintain the Infor Syte Line (Cloud Suite Industrial) ERP system
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Manage user accounts, roles, and security permissions
- Collaborate with the internal IT team and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support day-to-day IT operations
- Support integrations with third-party systems and internal applications
- Develop and maintain reports, forms, and workflows within Syte Line
- Assist in data management, including imports, exports, and data integrity checks
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Participate in backup and disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
- Assist in maintaining system validation documentation and audit trails as required by regulatory standards
- Participate in internal audits and support quality assurance initiatives as they relate to IT and ERP systems
- Support IT and ERP practices in alignment with FDA regulations and quality system requirements applicable to a medical device manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems, preferably Infor Syte Line / Cloud Suite Industrial
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (manufacturing, finance, supply chain)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and end‑user systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small IT team
- Experience with or willingness to learn Infor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Experience with SQL Server, database management, and query writing
- Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, middleware, or EDI)
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices
- Experience with Infor OS, Mongoose framework, or related tools
- Knowledge of .NET, scripting, or automation tools
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.)
- System administration and performance tuning
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Communication and cross‑functional collaboration
- Project management and prioritization
- Documentation and process improvement
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take on diverse responsibilities
- Hybrid schedule with a preference for on‑site presence
- May require occasional after‑hours support for system upgrades or issue resolution
- Collaborative role working alongside a small internal IT team and an MSP
- Fast‑paced medical device manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and compliance
