Role Summary

The Fire Sprinkler Inspector tests and inspects fire sprinkler systems, documenting findings and coordinating repairs with service providers. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.

Salary Range

$50,000 – $65,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety systems is preferred.
  • NICET Level II or III is preferred.
  • Experience with sprinkler controls, alarm panels, and critical components.
  • Willingness to perform testing, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate inspections with service providers.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • Valid driver’s license in accordance with Company policy.
  • Will pass post‑offer drug screen, reference, and background check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Regular bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
Responsibilities
  • Operate independently while performing fire protection inspections.
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and services of life safety product lines.
  • Communicate daily with Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator regarding delays, requirements, and status.
  • Work with Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator, and administrative staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client (confirm work is billed in full).
