Dairy Queen - - Responsibilities:
Manage dining room and kitchen functions and motivate the team to deliver excellent fan experience.;
Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and developing Shift Leads and Crew Members.;

Maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members.;
Support local store marketing activities and monitor competitors store marketing; respond to issues impacting P&L to optimize sales and profit.
