Town Square Kennewick is looking for an experienced senior-care or healthcare professional who is ready to take the next step in leadership.

As our Center Director
, you ll oversee the daily operations of our adult day center, lead and support our team, build strong relationships with members and families, and help Town Square continue to grow throughout the Tri-Cities.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, building strong teams, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

Town Square Kennewick is an innovative adult day center providing engaging, meaningful days for older adults, including individuals living with dementia and other age-related needs.

Our members have opportunities for socialization, activities, movement, cognitive engagement, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.

What You ll DoLead Daily Center Operations

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Town Square and help ensure the center runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily center operations
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming, organized, and professional environment
  • Ensuring members and families receive exceptional service
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing and member-to-staff ratios
  • Overseeing facility needs and operational systems
  • Identifying problems, developing solutions, and following through
Lead & Support the Team

Our team is at the heart of the member experience.

You'll:

  • Hire, train, coach, supervise, and develop team members
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability
  • Help create a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling needs
  • Ensure required employee documentation and training remain current
  • Support employee engagement and help prevent staff burnout
Maintain Quality, Safety & Compliance

You'll help ensure Town Square maintains high standards for member care, safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining compliance with applicable state, local, and federal requirements
  • Ensuring required records, policies, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately
  • Maintaining strong safety and quality standards throughout the center
  • Working closely with clinical staff regarding member needs, medication management, policies, and member profiles
  • Addressing compliance or quality concerns promptly
Build Relationships & Help the Center Grow

Growth is an important part of this position, and it happens by building strong relationships.

You'll:

  • Meet with prospective members and families
  • Conduct center tours
  • Follow up with prospective members and referral sources
  • Help achieve enrollment and retention goals
  • Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior-care providers, and community organizations
  • Represent Town Square at community and business events
  • Develop strong referral partnerships throughout the Tri-Cities
  • Monitor leads, enrollment, member retention, and other growth goals
Help Manage Business Performance

You'll work closely with ownership to understand how the center is performing and identify opportunities for improvement.

This includes:

  • Monitoring center performance and key operational metrics
  • Reviewing enrollment, member retention, attrition, and growth goals
  • Assisting with budgeting and cost management
  • Overseeing required payroll, billing, operational, and financial reporting
