Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate recycling or dumping areas.;
Monitor materials being dropped off and promptly identify and remove prohibited or hazardous items from the recycling stream.;
Clearly explain proper recycling procedures and yard rules to customers in a respectful and helpful manner.;
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard environment throughout the shift.;
Assist with sorting, staging, and organizing materials as needed to support efficient yard operations.
