Your responsibilities

What you can expect from us:
- $22.39 per hour to start
- 40 hours a week guaranteed
- Benefits after 30 days including Medical and Dental
- 401K after 30 days with company contribution of 5% plus matching
- 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year
- 11 paid holidays per year
- Shift differential: 50 cents p/hour for Swing shift, 75 cents p/hour for Graveyard.

After on the job training, the Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery and material handling equipment on the production floor. Machinery ranges from simple machines to complex computerized equipment including overhead cranes, straightening machinery, lathes, vacuum blasting, cutting machinery, and hand tools such as grinders and calipers.
Shift Hours
Daytime shift hours (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) and you must be able to work Swing shift (4:30 PM to 12:30 AM), and/or Night shift (12:10 AM to 8:10 AM).
About You
Candidates should have a can‑do attitude and possess a strong work ethic. You should have a track record of dependability and safety and be able to learn on the job. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a loud manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE). A high school diploma or GED is required.
