Your Role As the Production Coordinator you will develop, coordinate, and communicate the production plan and material flow to optimize efficiency, cost, and customer delivery performance. producing high-precision titanium tube products. All employees are responsible for participant, supporting, and maintain compliance to the Company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, policies, procedures, and activities.
Update schedules for Ultrasonic (UT) testing, box plan, Lot Detail Report (LDR), and facilitate communication and flow of work orders from processing to boxing. Print and distribute Master Work Orders (MWO’s). Review statuses, close orders and maintain shipment summary reporting. Report on order completion metrics. Administer new routings as well as changes to routings. Communicate order statuses across all departments working closely with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure a high level of customer service.
Monitor and review inventory transactions. About You You are a highly motivated and proactive contributor with a solid understanding of business operations and a drive for delivering accurate, customer-focused results. You bring excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. This individual demonstrates a collaborative approach and works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
They are comfortable interacting with stakeholders ranging from shop floor employees to management and can communicate clearly and professionally in a variety of situations. Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, scheduling, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP systems is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. What you can expect from us The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 with a 5% annual bonus and annual merit eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as company paid disability and life insurance.
