Hollow Cut Operator

The Hollow Cut Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hollow cutting machinery to produce precision tubes and components that meet quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to production specifications, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and calibrate hollow cutting machines and related equipment.
  • Operate machinery to cut, shape, and finish hollow tubes according to specifications.
  • Select and measure raw materials accurately using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Inspect work pieces during and after processing for defects or deviations.
  • Document production data and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.39 - $22.39/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
