• Perform railcar and truck loading and offloading, startup, shutdown, and general operation of pumps, screws, belts, tanks, valves, and other process equipment
• Conduct regular operational roundsto monitorequipment health
• Perform some minor maintenance activities
• Monitor and operate equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits
• Assist withstartup, shut down, and operation of processes and equipment from a field role
• Respond to and appropriately addresses process and equipmentupsets
• Identify possible or current operating problems and recommend action to resolve any deficiencies in rate, quality, or mechanical operation
• Safely handle of dry products, nitric acid and liquid fertilizer while loading rail cars and trucks
• Perform minor maintenance and housekeeping duties

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, understand and apply operating procedures
• Able to use computers for job functions and training
• Mechanical and process troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Commitment to working in a highly safety-conscious environment
