Tri-Cities and surrounding areas
Pay: $18.00+/hr. (DOE)
Full-Time | Day Shift

Duties may vary depending on the assignment.

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies to ensure IPC quality standards
• Operate and maintain soldering equipment
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures at all times

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies
• Perform basic quality inspections throughout production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate defects or quality concerns to supervisors
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years of soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification is a plus
• Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools
• Basic computer skills for recording production data

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Good vision to inspect fine details and assemblies
