This Perioperative Services leadership role oversees Operating Room services, Endoscopy, and Central Processing while advancing a patient centered care culture across the surgical department. The position includes involvement in budgeting and operational planning with responsibility for staffing, productivity, block utilization, and supply optimization. Success comes through close collaboration with physicians and surgical teams while mentoring and developing perioperative staff. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will also help support regulatory readiness and maintain high standards of clinical compliance across perioperative services.
