Home Health LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Columbia River Home Health
Deliver one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in home settings, including wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management. Perform assessments, evaluations, and skilled observation. Educate patients and caregivers. Collaborate with the healthcare team for cohesive care.
Requirements- Current Washington LPN license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred (not required)
- $30–$42/hour DOE
