Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care (Full‑Time, Days). Union Position.

Compensation: $10,000 - $20,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus;
Wage scale $42.14 - $78.11 per hour.

• Provide wound care using established clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including pain management.
• Work closely with physicians and care teams during treatments and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
• Participate in care planning and team discussions to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe care environment.

• $10,000 - $20,000 Commitment‑Incentive Bonus.
• $2.25 - $4.50 Shift differential.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
