Fusion Medical Staffing – Home Health is seeking a Travel RN for a 13‑week assignment in Kennewick, Washington. The role involves providing direct nursing care to home‑health patients, ensuring comfort and managing medical conditions.

Travel - Pay package:
Based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend to be determined.
- Minimum one year recent RN experience, including at least six months in a Home Health setting
- Proficient in OASIS documentation
- Valid RN license compliant with Washington state regulations
- BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Home Health Nursing Certification (RN‑BC)
- Other relevant certifications and licenses as needed
A Home Health RN delivers direct care in patients’ homes, assessing conditions, developing care plans, administering treatments, and educating patients and caregivers.
Essential Work Functions- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care, and monitor responses
- Provide patient and caregiver education on medication management, disease progression, and self‑care
- Monitor changes, report concerns, and adjust plans as needed
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals for seamless transitions
- Document care, interventions, and progress accurately, complying with regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and home‑care best practices
- Support families and caregivers with guidance and emotional support
- Maintain communication with case managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete charting and documentation, meeting visit and productivity goals
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
- Perform additional duties as required within scope of practice
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in reading, written and verbal English
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and basic PC skills
- Physical abilities: stationary position, moving equipment (50‑100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
- Interpersonal: work effectively with diverse personnel, maintain positive attitude and professionalism
- Technical/Motor: fine manipulation, assist procedures, use equipment
- Mental: handle frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, work under supervision and independently, maintain concentration with irregular schedules
