RN Registered Nurse

Life Care Centers of America (LCCA) facilities are skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) that provide long‑term and short‑term care for residents and post‑acute patients. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team, providing quality nursing care, clinical supervision, and patient‑centered support.

• Deliver quality nursing care and clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs in a skilled nursing setting.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and revise care plans as conditions change.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, therapy, medical staff) to facilitate functional progress and improve patient‑centered quality of life.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing; nursing diploma accepted.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire and ongoing compliance.

• Long‑term care for residents requiring ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance.
• Short‑term, sub‑acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
• Interdisciplinary team approach with nursing, therapy, and medical staff working collaboratively.
• Diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs.
